Our Seller's Equity System is the method of choice for home sellers. It starts with a full service brokerage, with flexibility for the seller, no hassles, providing more options for a small transaction fee.

Full Service Real Estate Brokerage
Most Realtors who offer a discount or flexible program provide no other services except to put it in the Multiple Listing Service. Seller's Equity marketing program includes posting photos up to 25 photos to Realtor.com and up to 12 photos to the local MLS Virtual Tour. We offer full MLS exposure, contract negotiations, monitoring of escrow activities, including a professionally installed yard sign, lock boxes, Internet access to realtor.com and custom brochures, we can even email a brochure to every agent in Las Vegas, a competitive market analysis of properties currently listed and those which have sold.
All this for a flat fee of 1/2% plus an administration fee of $395.00. It is still the seller’s responsibility to pay a three (3%) percent fee to a cooperating agent, for procuring a buyer.
Seller’s Equity believes the process of selling real estate should be easy, efficient and cost effective for the Seller. We empower all Sellers to attract their own Buyer through advertising, and if you do, we will prepare the contract and all disclosures for 1%, plus the administrative fee of $395.00.

Our Guarantee..If Not Completely Satisified...
You can cancel your listing at any time, just by calling and saying, “I want to cancel the listing.” It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call. However, please allow two (2) business days to have the sign removal and the listing withdrawn from the MLS.
