The Carolina Kitchen only cooks our barbeque the way it was meant to be. We only use oak for our flavor and heat. Don't be fooled by people telling you that it tastes the same when using propane and wood to create barbeque. Take it from us, there is a big difference.
Our ribs are slow cooked for over 5 hours, and our pork and brisket cooks for over 20 hours.
