I’m so excited that you found this site, because Beachbody programs have literally changed my life in every aspect, and I know they can do the same for you!
My name is Michael Limon and I am a 45 year old happily married man, and dad to four great kids, and one beautiful grand daughter.
I’m a born again Christian, Husband to Jody, of 8+ years and I work full time as a software and hardware document imaging solutions rep primarily to the medical community. My son is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer (which keeps me in line & a coach.) I am a 2008 Top Coach and a Team Beachbody Personal Coach.

I’ve been a Coach for Team Beachbody since March 2007, and it is my passion! Not only have the company, workouts, and supplements earned my respect and die hard loyalty, they have also taught me how to take care of myself so that I can live a healthy, active, fun life … with my family and friends!
