As the premier Las Vegas Indian restaurant, Gandhi stands alone in its attention to the delights of the senses. The rich aromas swirl through a space lavishly assembled and painstakingly perfected from the riches of the mother country. The taste of bawdy spices and complex flavors beckons the tongues of all people, from the most discriminating palate to the uninitiated and inexperienced with regards to the sheer pleasures of traditional Indian food. The rich culture of India has found a home in the heart of Las Vegas, and the concept of a Las Vegas Indian restaurant will never be the same.

THE FINEST IN TRADITIONAL INDIAN FOOD
At Gandhi we feel that going the extra mile to making your experience both authentic and unforgettable is our calling. We remember the comfort of the aroma of mustard seeds as Maa-ta-jee cooked meals that were unforgettably delicious, and we strive to honor her by bringing the flavors to you. Bombay may be thousands of miles away, but the traditions are as close as a short ride from the strip at Gandhi, the single best Las Vegas Indian restaurant. We are available for lunch and dinner, private dining, banquets, parties and caterings. Namaste

If you like fire and spice, Gandhi is for you. Begin with an appetizer of chooza pakora or vegetable samosa. The roti (barbeque bread), also makes a good beginning. Tandoori offerings, cooked in a charcoal clay oven, include chicken, boneless leg of lamb and minced lamb blended with spices and herbs. The curry dishes are incendiary but won't put you in an altered state. But if you find your temperature rising, cool down with a bottle of Golden Eagle Lager Beer, India's best brew. There are also some marvelous vegetarian dishes, plus a daily lunch and dinner buffet.
Las Vegas Weekly
Many local Indians flock here for the buffet, a high-quality melange of both North and South Indian foods. But the a la carte menu is also estimable, from batter-fried meat and vegetable snacks known as pakoras, to a wide variety of excellent meats cooked in the tandoor.

The lunch buffet at this off-Strip Indian restaurant is a no-brainer, with south Indian vegetarian fare added to the regular north Indian buffet suspects. It's also a good la carte restaurant, featuring broiled meat cylinders called seekh kabab, lamb Bhuna, delicious mixed pakora fritters and more.
